Today, we're excited to introduce you to the Powerizer bunch, dedicated to spreading the word about this one-of-a-kind 2-in-1 detergent for both your laundry and your dishwasher!
Our CEO is Max Appel, a Colorado Native who was born in Denver and attended Colorado schools all the way through obtaining his Bachelor's from the University of Colorado. While always an entrepreneur, Max is most widely known for his last position, CEO and founder of Orange Glo International, the makers of OxiClean™. Max has channeled his passion for bringing consumers the best product possible at the best price into his latest venture, Powerizer.
Joining Max in his quest is Eileen Koop, former VP of New Product Development at Orange Glo International (the makers of OxiClean™). Eileen is our VP of Research & Development and brings her 30+ years of experience researching new and innovative consumer products to the Powerizer laboratory. As an expert in finding new ways to solve consumer problems, she is always looking for new, safer, and more effective clean chemistry to bring to consumers.
Her related experience in cleaning products, cosmetics, drugs and food science enable her to look across many developing and emerging technologies and find the right fit for new innovation - in our case, she used her prior knowledge to solve the problem of what to use in place of phosphates, which were banned by the EPA years ago due to the damage they caused the environment. For Powerizer, Eileen has harnessed the power of sugar to create an environmentally safe, powerful, and super effective detergent that does double-duty in both your washing machine and dishwasher.
As we all know, every great product needs a Spokesperson to bring the message to the people, and we've enlisted Jesse Ogas as the official face of Powerizer. Jesse is the person you will see performing demonstrations and talking about Powerizer when you visit our booth at various trade and consumer shows. Jesse is also seen in all of the Powerizer videos that you see on our website and our YouTube channel.
Keeping everything in motion is our Administrator extraordinaire, Nanette Olona. She is the person responsible for making sure that things happen here at Powerizer: she answers phones, arranges trade shows, assists is the creation of demos and sees to the shipping of products. If it happens at Powerizer, odds are Nanette has had a lot to do with getting it done.
At the helm of our social media and marketing efforts is Carl Koop, who brings six years of social media marketing and sales for companies like Bijou Basin Ranch and Allure Fine Fiber Wash to the table. After a career in software engineering which spanned 30 years, Carl moved to a new career path, one which has allowed him to combine his software skills along with his marketing knowledge and skills.
